Processing Time
All of our products are made to order, ensuring that each item is crafted with the utmost care and quality. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be processed, created, and prepared for shipping. We strive to get your items to you as soon as possible, but the custom nature of our products requires this additional time.

Domestic Shipping Services
We proudly ship all domestic orders within the United States using USPS Priority Mail. This service typically delivers within 1-3 business days after the order has been shipped, depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided once your package has shipped.

International Shipping Services
For international orders, we use DHL to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Shipping times vary by destination, but DHL generally delivers within 5-10 business days once the order has been shipped. Please note that customs clearance can occasionally delay delivery.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the total weight, destination, and method of shipment selected. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier (USPS or DHL), the responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If you’d like additional protection, please contact us before ordering to discuss insured or signature-required shipping options.
