Refund policy

To arrange for a return use the contact form or email support@knabelabs.com. We can only accept returns of unused products, within 30 days of receipt (for international orders, 30 days from shipment).

After 30 days, products can be shipped back to Klabsoverstock for repair or replacement but will be subject to inspection, labor, and repair fees, as well as return shipping and handling charges. A repair or replacement quotation will be provided to the customer prior to the start of any such work. Customers are responsible for properly packaging and protecting products for shipping.
